Over Christmas, two of the players for the North Bay Jr. Trappers will be going to pay at the Central Canada Cup All Star Challenge. This game takes place from December 17th through the 29th in Smith Falls, Ontario Canada. There are 6 teams in this tournament. The Trappers that have been selected for the team are Matt Alituro and Djordie Leposavic. Danny Desrochers was selected as well, but he will be playing for the Wolves during the Christmas holiday break instead.
The two representatives for the Trappers are no surprise to fans of the sport. They have been wonderful assets for the team and contributed to many points for them. They have both has many assists as well. Their skills are excellent and both have very good attitudes that they also contribute to the game.
According to the General Manager and President for the Trappers, Chris Dawson, the entire organization is very exciting for these two players. They feel it will help them to get more exposure and also give them some additional skills that they can bring back to the team. They are very qualified to be part of the tournament and many eyes will be on them to see how they do.
